Tibooburra Project

The Company has 100% ownership of the Tibooburra Project through the Tenements.

The Tibooburra Project is divided into two project areas: the Northern Licences and the Southern Licences. The extremity of both areas, north and south, have extensive outcrop and/or shallow cover; with cover deepening toward the geographical centre of the tenement package.

As further detailed in the Tenement Report and the Independent Geologist’s Report, the Tibooburra Project consists of:

(a)              Northern Licences: EL6286, EL7437, EL8691 and EL8688; and

(b)              Southern Licences: EL8602, EL8603, EL8607, EL8689, EL 8690 and ELA5628.

The Project is located approximately 160 to 300 kilometres north of Broken Hill, extending to near the township of Tibooburra in north western NSW. The Project covers an area of approximately 1,000 km2. The Project covers what the Company believes to be the most prospective parts of a large gold mineralised fracture system.

  • The Company’s greenfield and brownfield gold prospects are located within an under-explored and forgotten gold district, the Albert Goldfield and its recently identified southern extension
  • The key controlling New Bendigo Fault is clearly visible in gravity and magnetic imagery at a regional scale
  • This fault runs the entire length of the tenement package, and is sub-parallel to or merges with the Koonenberry Fault in the Southern Project area
  • The large mineralized fault-controlled gold system has the potential for multi-million ounce orogenic gold deposits
  • Alluvial gold and nuggets occur at the north and south of the tenements adjacent to topographic highs
